New restaurant opened October 8, 2014. Renovation of two story unreinforced masonry building. Replacement of floor and roof framing, and new foundations. Existing brick walls were anchored to the floor and roof framing for out-of-plane seismic and wind loads. The through-wall anchors' exterior plates were manufactured by National Ornamental Metal Museum in Memphis. Read the Memphis Magazine story here.
